Owatonna is surrounded by farm land. We are the town of Bushel Boy Tomatoes and the crossroads of Southern Minnesota. In a town that is surrounded by country it is only appropriate that I do several outdoor, rustic, country wedding themed cakes a year. This is my latest rustic outdoor themed wedding cake that I created. This beautiful wedding took place at the Mayowood Stone Barn in Rochester, MN.

I have had so much fun getting to know the Vinyl King on KOWZ radio. I was lucky enough to be invited into his studio on November 2nd, 2012 and get to work with him (and at times mess up his show). Sorry KOWZ radio and the Vinyl King for my couple of mess ups. However, since the last time I was on the air with the Vinyl King I must have learned enough since he was asking me to talk more and he didn't have to tell me to "Eat the Microphone" like last time, which in DJ terms means get your mouth close enough to the microphone so you feel like you are about to eat it.

My photo galleries are starting to take shape and pictures are slowly being added one by one, but today is a very joyous day for The Perfect Day Cakes!
